I'm back and still pissed. . .

Does anyone feel they are getting swamped ?
 I read this morning that France spends less than 1/2 of what we spend on health care and the WHO rated them #1 in the world and they live, on average, 3 more years than we do.  By the way we are rated # 37th.  They government also covers everybody and the Dr.'s and hospitals provide the care.

We, on the other hand, allow insurance companies to fleece us, pay there execs HUGH $$$, and laugh all the way to the bank (which they probably own).  In addition we subsidize them with 14% to offer supplemental insurance to Medicare patients.

We have the chance to change this.  But the clock is ticking.  I have been somewhat neutral on Public Option.  Now I believe it is the only way we are going to get the insurance companies to face SOME reality.
